Handwritten Recipe Wednesday: Lemon Dessert for Mr. Lemoncello’s Library Book Week

I’m continuing my lemon recipe theme to celebrate my friend author Chris Grabenstein’s new tween book Escape From Mr. Lemoncello’s Library.

This recipe is apparently from “Francis – 1955-.”

1 large can of pet milk (put in refrigerator overnight).

graham cracker crumbs

Beat pet milk add rind and juice of 1 lemon.

2/3 cup of sugar

Sprinkle crumbs on bottoms of refrigerator – add mixture and sprinkle crumbs lightly over top and place in freezing compartment all day or over nite.

So – Pet Milk, lemon juice, sugar and graham crackers? Sounds like all food groups are covered, right?
